Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Full Stack Tech Solutions, we value transparency and fairness in all client relationships. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and service terminations are handled.
By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
Because our services involve time, labor, and custom digital work, all payments are considered non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

We encourage clients to ask questions and request clarification before any work begins.


2. Project-Based Services
Website Design, Development, & Custom Projects

 
  • Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
  • If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment covering work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Any completed work may be delivered “as-is” at our discretion.


3. Deposits & Upfront Payments
Clients agree to:
 
  • Deposits and upfront payments secure time, resources, and scheduling.
  • All deposits are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

 
4. Ongoing Services & Subscriptions

For ongoing services such as:
 
  • Website maintenance
  • Hosting assistance
  • SEO or optimization services

Clients may cancel at any time by providing written notice.
 
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

5. Missed Deadlines & Client Delays

If a project is delayed due to:
 
  • Missing content
  • Lack of communication
  • Delayed approvals

We reserve the right to pause or terminate the project. Payments already made remain non-refundable.

6. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
  • No work has started, and
  • A written cancellation request is received

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:
  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Loss of project access
  • Forfeiture of delivered work

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve concerns.

8. Termination by Full Stack Tech & Solutions
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
  • Terms are violated
  • Communication becomes abusive or unproductive
  • Payments are not received

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
